HBCU Realty, a division of HBCU Wall Street, LLC, is an HBCU real estate platform. HBCU Realty, LLC is Zillow meets Fundrise with a focus on properties in HBCU host communities. Dilapidated homes in HBCU host communities are in need of rehabilitation and TLC. We offer a digital space that will allow homeowners, investors and real estate agents to market their properties to both accredited and non-accredited investors. Users can collectively crowdfund and own real estate projects that yield a reasonable rate of return.
